Kathy believes that the whole point of yoga is to quieten down the mind to find space and ease. The quiet mind can open up a world of possibilities, and that world is Yoga. The quiet mind offers us opportunity to live in the present moment and bring awareness to how we are responding to; various situations, the physical sensations of the body and thoughts as they move in and out of the mind. The present moment is the only one that matters because it is the only moment you know you have for sure! Kathy is committed to her continued growth, education and practice of Yoga. She is always seeking new ways to bring the practice and benefits of Yoga to her clients, her community, and her peers in the industry. Kathy‘s love of the outdoors has inspired her to offer yoga retreats to provide opportunities for people to let go, unwind and be free to find time and space for their yoga practice. Kathy believes that through a weekend of total yoga immersion and time out from the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives we can find some restoration, peace and ease for our minds and our bodies.
