At Yogi Space we encourage everyone to work at their own pace, rest when you need to and to really listen to your body. We do not offer specific beginners classes because if you are listening to your body you will work at your pace no matter what class you are in. We have lots of people taking rest through the practice - when ever they need to.
Still not convinced? Just come along to a Yin or a Yin Yang class - as these classes are slow paced and a little gentler than the Yang practice. See you on the mat soon!!!
